By accessing Ajirii, operated by Kitsilano Technologies Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including administrators, recruiters, and invited members.

What is Ajirii?

Ajirii is an AI-powered recruitment screening platform that enables organizations to:

Upload and manage job descriptions
Collect and process candidate CVs
Score candidates using AI
Manage hiring pipelines collaboratively
Generate analytics and audit trails
Integrate via API keys and webhooks

Account and Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • The person creating an organization is the initial Administrator
  • Administrators manage team members and their access levels

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload CVs or candidate data without proper authorization or consent
  • Do not use the Platform to discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI scoring algorithms
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data
  • Do not share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Do not upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Do not exceed subscription limits through automated means

Subscription and Payment

  • Free (Starter) and paid (Professional, Enterprise) plans available
  • Paid subscriptions billed monthly in KES via Paystack
  • Auto-renews unless cancelled before billing period ends
  • Cancel anytime — access continues until end of paid period
  • Pricing changes communicated 30 days in advance
  • 14-day refund available for new subscribers
  • Exceeding limits may restrict features until upgrade

Data Ownership and AI

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload (CVs, JDs, candidate info)
  • We act as data processor; you are the data controller
  • You ensure candidates consented to their data being processed
  • AI scoring is advisory only — not autonomous hiring decisions
  • Organizations review AI outputs before acting on them
  • Candidate identity anonymized by default to reduce bias
  • You may export your data at any time in CSV format

Limitation of Liability

  • Platform provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • Not liable for hiring decisions based on AI scoring
  • Total liability capped at fees paid in preceding 12 months
  • Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Not liable for service interruptions by third-party providers
  • Scheduled maintenance communicated 48 hours in advance

Termination and Governing Law

  • You may close your account at any time from Settings
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
  • Data available for export 30 days post-termination, then deleted
  • Governed by the laws of Kenya
  • Disputes resolved in courts of Nairobi, Kenya
  • Terms may be modified with 30 days email notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
